Our contract services support organisations to deliver telecare efficiently and cost effectively.

 

Assessments - we offer a range of client assessment services from small to large numbers, one-off or regular and from simple to complex needs. We have an excellent knowledge of equipment and techniques, and we work with all the major manufacturer's equipment. We also provide a combined assess and install service.

 

Assessment Helpline - our assessment helpline is a chargeable service which will support your staff to assess and implement appropriate telecare, so you don't have to employ and maintain an expert in-house.

 

Installations, Maintenance, Collections & Refurbishing - we offer a range of services, please ask.

 

Training - we can provide bespoke training at your premises on a one-off, short-run or regular basis. Alternatively you can book your staff onto the courses we provide in collaboration with the University of the West of England (UWE).

 

Monitoring Service Migration - if you are changing monitoring service provider we can make it smooth and painless, managing the migration, contacting and visiting your clients to re-program the equipment and ensuring the monitoring service is set up properly and the data is correct.

 

Care Homes Telecare Audit - knowing about the telecare systems provided by your care homes helps overcome the barriers faced by practitioners when implementing telecare for residents. Our audit details the systems, wireless provision, compatibility, installation criteria and the monitoring and response services for each home.
